Right of Withdrawal
According to European Union regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days without any justification. This withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. To proceed with the return, you must inform me of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, an email or a form on the website).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:

Digital painting downloads: Returns are not accepted for digital paintings acquired through digital downloads, as they are considered goods delivered by digital means not provided on a tangible medium.

Custom paintings (commissions): Returns and refunds are not accepted for paintings made to order and clearly personalized according to the consumer's specifications.
Procedure for Returns Due to Transport Damage
Every effort is made to ensure that the artwork arrives in perfect condition and with proper and careful packaging. However, If you receive a damaged artwork during transport and want to return it, you must provide detailed images of the damage and the original packaging to facilitate the evaluation process. If necessary, additional information will be requested. The artwork must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Procedure for Returns for Any Other Reason
To return an item for any other reason, send it in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it. Proof of purchase is also required. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Once the return is received and its integrity verified, I will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please remember that it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
